Spring at Rooke Chapel is a very special time. With it comes a sense of hope and promise after a long Lewisburg winter. It's a time when graduates begin life in the real world, young couples begin their lives together and trees bud with new life. While painting this, I hoped it would not only preserve a special day or time for those who are beginning a new life but rekindle memories for anyone who holds a special place in their heart for Bucknell."
